iPads for Learning has launched across our family of nine schools, transforming teaching and learning across the Trust.
Over 1,000 Year 4 and Year 7 students have received their iPads during special unboxing ceremonies over the past three weeks. The iPads will be used by students in school and at home to power up their learning and maximise progress.
iPads for Learning is part of our ongoing commitment to providing a world-class curriculum and digitally rich environment that equips students with the skills they need for their future.
Fully embedded into the curriculum, Pads for Learning will create inspiring learning experiences, maximise learning and progress, and provide children with the skills needed for their future - helping unlock their academic and personal potential.
Speaking on the transformational project, Dawn Haywood, Deputy CEO and Education Director, said:
"iPads for Learning will transform our teaching and learning in school and at home. It is part of our ongoing commitment to providing a world-class curriculum and digitally rich environment that equips students with the skills they need for their future.
We want students to aim high and be the very best that they can be. iPads for Learning will help achieve this, enabling students to unlock their academic and personal potential, and shape the world of tomorrow."
Matt Meckin, Director of Primary at ÎÞÂëרÇø added:
“The unboxing events at each school were superb and will stay in students’ memories forever. Our staff and students have already started to produce creative and inspiring learning, and I cannot wait to see more brilliant work!"
