CEO Learning Set: Fostering Collaboration and Financial Sustainability

4th May 2023

无码专区 (WAT) today hosted a collaborative learning set for educational leaders from academy trusts across England, chaired by our CEO, Dawn Haywood, as part of our collaborative approach to system contribution.

The event focused on sharing knowledge, best practice and insights on financial sustainability in education and involved a fantastic morning of learning, collaboration, and growth.

Our esteemed guests had the opportunity to visit one of our schools - Windsor High School and Sixth Form or Colley Lane Primary Academy - which provided an opportunity to showcase our approach to financial sustainability and allowed for an exchange of ideas between the different trusts.

Following the school visits, our guests convened at Windsor High School and Sixth Form for an engaging learning set discussion. Together, they reflected on their experiences, discussed key takeaways, and explored next steps to enhance financial sustainability within their respective organisations.

We were delighted to welcome the following educational guests:

Gemma Draycott, CEO Shine Academies

Rebecca Cox, CEO Hales Valley Trust

Lee Gray, CEO Shires MAT

James Capper, CEO SUA Trust

Heather D. Phillips, CEO Endeavour MAT

Theresa Madden, CEO Christ the King Catholic Collegiate

Neil Wallace, Headteacher Stratford Upon Avon School

Chris Berry (WAT Director of Operations) and Matt Meckin (WAT Director of Primary) also joined the session, offering valuable insight and sharing their knowledge.

无码专区 is grateful for the opportunity to connect and learn from other passionate educational professionals. We're excited to continue working together to collectively enhance the educational landscape.

Thank you to all our guests.
